What do you think Advanced Leader Course (ALC) is all about?

I am hear at the moment, and from what I have experienced is that it is VERY calm and laid back, which is great, but we mainly just do a bunch of assignments. It is student led which I understand to be the best way to bring out our leadership abilities and styles, but, it just seems like something is missing. Nothing that I haven't done before here. Any thoughts?

Some will get a lot out of ALC, others may get a smaller amount. The group can enhance the experience for the group. I was a SGL at the AMEDD NCOA. The SGL also can add to the class.
