All i took home were a few small items for the family, as well as a small rug and a 250 Sadam Dinar, not sure if i should keep it or burn it because it is worth nothing... What is your most prized item from your deployment?

I bought a Khyber Pass rifle while in Afghanistan, got it hanging on the wall in my living room.

SPC Mickey Bennett, I was tempted by those too, but I couldn't talk the locals low enough on them. The same guy I bought my rifle from had 1st Gen AK bayonets still in the cosmoline, some with the original paper wrapper. I just couldn't get him talked down low enough to buy them. I can get them state side too easily.

Deployments to Iraq: Iraqi flag signed by members of their national guard. Hats, Iraqi dinar, mini rugs, coins.

Deployment to Afghanistan: mini Afghan flag, mini statues.
