I am hoping someone can help me out. I have been looking into regulations all day and does anyone know if a soldier needs to have military police investigations school to receive a civilian clothing allowance?

SGT Rouse, no. Perhaps in that type of MOS/skill, yet there are many other positions that may authorized (1) civilian clothing (2) a civ allowance. I had several assignments in that category.
