If I am a National Guard and am married to an Active Duty SM, will we both get BAH when I deploy for 9 months?

In dual military families with dependents, the higher ranking service member receives BAH at the with-dependent rate and the lower ranking service member receives BAH at the without-dependent rate." There are other limitations, including limitations based on rank. Talk to your finance people. The applicable reg is the Joint Travel Regulations, 1 October 2017.

No all depends on who is the higher rank will receive it.
