Have I personally heard it worded like that, no. There are quite a few anxiety disorders though, PTSD a prime example. Insomnia can be quite a common symptom, but I have no clue to what degree one would have it to be a disqualifying condition. I once served with a narcoleptic in Germany. I am not a doctor, or psychologist, or counselor, or qualified in any way. I do know a lot of my brothers and sisters have problems with anxiety though.

Yeah the possibility of MEB has been thrown around but I've never personally heard of someone getting one for anything psychiatric. But like you said, I'm just not sure what the degree has to be. Because I'm sure they'd need definitive proof that it's degrading my work performance or that I'm no longer fit for duty. I was just throwing it out there to see if anyone had heard of, or been through that personally! Thank you chief!

For psych, it has. Most probably won't say much because it gets into personal affairs.
Rules and laws have changed to allow folks to continue to serve with some psych conditions though, especially since they are quite common. To anyone reading that has any issues, please don't be afraid to seek help though. Not everything you try works or helps, but you might find something that does.
