Apologies Sir,
I was selected for a program called "green to gold", it sends active duty soldiers to college with an ROTC unit. Its a 2 year program to turn enlisted guys into officers. I have been in the green to gold program now since september 2017. I am to choose which branch I want to be assigned too. I am interested in becoming a judge advocate, however, I have never heard of anyone going straight from ROTC to JAG.
The Army has another program called "Funded Legal Education Program" or FLEP. Basically your law-school is paid for through the Army. This is a 2 year program as well. I have been enlisted for 5 years, I am in ROTC while active duty, bottom line...can a CADET graduate college, commission and then go to law school? Thank you, anything helps.

Seeing as how they are completely different in nature and come at different parts of your career, I would assume yes. Once you enter ROTC as an ADO Cadet your enlisted time is essentially done, as long as you are not dropped from the program. With that, your ties to the enlisted side of the house are severed, its merely just a talking point really.

This is a late response but a response nonetheless. You cannot branch into JAG as soon as you graduate/commission. What you need to do is apply for an Education Delay (Ed Delay) to go to law school then apply for the JAG Corps. Big Army will not pay for you to go to law school under ed delay like FLEP does but they will at least give you a shot to intern with them and apply once you graduate law school, it is not a for sure thing. The other route is to branch anything else, wait until you pin 1LT then apply for the FLEP. The downside on this, is that it is very competitive to get and you need to do it before you have 6 years of active duty service time.

I would also recommend getting with your local legal office and asking to speak with some previous FLEP officers as it is a very competitive program. They may offer some good advice.
