Reservists/Guardsman PTL's: How interactive are you with your Soldiers between UTAs?

I contact my section leader about 2 weeks out for an update, then contact my soldiers about 1 week out to check on any pending or potential issues. But other then that, not much contact during the non-m days. Sometimes a tasking comes down, such as a suspense for some online training or climate survey. I follow up with those as well.
