I am a civilian with a non-profit that sends care packages to deployed military. Am I allowed to post on a Unit's page on Rally Point?

I would message the battalions page, or try and contact the units FRG. They would be able to help you the most. Not a lot of soldiers really follow or pay attention to the battalion they're assigned to on facebook. The unit command or the FRG would be able to better facilitate it.
