After multiple times being brought up, RallyPoint has heard you. Please check out the new "Essential Support Page just added. The page includes contacts for veteran resources, crisis and emergency contacts, etc. It is a work in progress, so give it time to evolve. If you go to the "Career Corner" tab and select "Resources" you will find it. As always, feedback is deeply appreciated.

The PTSD Coach application has been used by me for years. It is available for free download from the VA web site and works with your Apple devices. When I was at the PTSD clinic in Menlo Park in 2011, they were working on creating changes to it (it was originally designed right there at the Center for PTSD at Menlo Park, California). I asked them to add "add notes" section during the self-assessment. That way, we could see what conditions/events triggered higher PTS scores. If you have been using it, you will know what I mean. It's a handy app because you can show the VA your history between appointments. Their mental health paper forms that measure your past/present stress levels are word for word from the application.

Here is the link for the free app.
