I got out in 2004 and diagnosed with a fluttering heart valve and hypertension.I receive 0% for those.I have see.A cardiologist and confirmed hypertension.I reopened my 0% claim for an increase.I just had my c&p for it.If I get my increase will it be dated from the day I ets’d?The day I was diagnosed with it in the Army (says service related but 0%) or the day they got my reopened claim?Thank you

I think eBenefits would be a better website since it is VA related. Claims can be made online. Active duty uses eBenefits too so it is legitimate. I've had an account for years. Also they have a separate login for CAC accounts.
