I served first in B Co then at the end of the Year was transferred to C Co. the ASUA was awarded for 1 JAN 2005 - 31 DEC 2006. I was in B Co until June of 2006. Would I qualify for two awards or just one. Any help appreciated.

If you were in one brigade, and that one brigade was given the award, then you should only get one award. The fact that you moved around within the brigade should be immaterial.

Typically a company would get this medallion to put on their guidon. If I am not mistaken a ribbon would go to a BN sized unit or higher.
