Does anyone have any good ideas for training or things that can be done to benefit a Reserve unit on non-drill weekends?

By “benefit” are you referring to paid activities for soldiers or bonding activities for unit morale?

First off a disclaimer that any additional MUTAs or MUTAs in lieu of AT would be at the discretion of the commander. That said, you need training that is MOS related and would be beneficial to the units mission. Your question still needs some detail for you to get a good answer from others here.
What type of unit are you a part of? What are some of the MOSs at the unit?

Because those are intel series it would likely be difficult to get credit for like training outside of drill. There's always the online mandatory training that you can conduct in between battle assemblies and get paid versus at BA for free, SSG (Join to see)
