Has anyone planned and executed a retirement ceremony for a MSG?

1SG (Join to see) I would imagine it is the same as other ranks. It all comes down to if they want the cookie cutter version or a unique one. Who do they want to oversee it and refreshments, etc. What questions do you have?

1SG (Join to see) great idea with the USARC protocol section. Also, not sure who gets all the retirement stuff sent to them (flag, certificate, 20 year letter, POTUS, etc.). You might want to ask them if the unit gets it or it is sent to the individual.

Protocol here at USARC had everything I needed, retirement services has all the certs and flags. Thank you gentlemen for the guidance.
