My personal feelings is, if they are found guilty of their crimes, they should be facing the max penalty under the law/UCMJ. These leaders are often the stewards of these programs, and they are suppose to be setting the example for everyone to follow. These are often high-profile cases, and the Army has been dropping the ball in letting these offenders off the hook or with reduced punishment. If anything these "leaders" are the ones that should be made an example of.

Personally I find it appalling that certain people get away with it and are forced to retire but others are given jail time and bad conduct discharges.....UCMJ should apply to all of us equally regardless of rank

My thoughts, if they did the crime, they need to do the time.  Completely agree with 2LT Youngblood.
