Once I complete SSD3, will I still have to complete DLC when it comes?

I’m almost through SSD3, but apparently word from Regimental CSM is that even if we completed SSD3, we will still have to do the DLC when it comes.
Is there truth to that or are we good if SSD3 is done already?

don't know what DLC is but SSD3 gets you in the running for an ATRRS reservation. Other wise we at ALU also needed to show that we completed the Comp. Risk assessment course and provide SSD 3 certificate.

Distributed Leader Course is supposed to replace SSD come this summer. I am just wondering because I don't want to waste my time on SSD if I am going to have to do DLC anyways
