So Looking at an old document I pulled from Sgt Google : http://www.benning.army.mil/infantry/199th/ocs/content/PDF/BranchInformationForOCS.pdf .... I know its an option as a branch for OCS. Most if all that branch MSC if you are not a practitioner of some sort you will be on the feeder AOC which is 70B which is your jack of all trades medical officer until you career path after captain into other AOC's As far as ADSO , I don't think that guarantees your into a MS path or selection into the branch. Unless somehow your contract states you will do something in the clinical side ( which I think only HPSP comes to mind)

As far as pre-reqs , are you asking about what you need to be selected into MSC?
