What benefits would you give an employee if he/she was not able to meet your regulations? What benefits do you think you deserve?

If you are being discharged from of the Army for failing a PFT what do you think you deserve? I don't think they send you out for one PFT issue. How many have you failed? Are there other issues?

You haven't really earned any benefits that I can see nor do you deserve them.

What benefits are you trying to get? Why don't you look at fixing your PT and not what you get for failing.

Because we have been told that we get 6 months of tricare when we get discharged and that the army give us 80% of the money they have taken out of our pay. So I was just trying to figure that out.

PV2 (Join to see) - It is not to late to fix your PT you are still it so it is still possible to fix that. Medical is a possibility talk to your local medical station when you go to out process with them about that and you have not been in long enough for the GI bill.
