I am currently trying to transition from the Army Reserves to the Air Force Reserves. I need my medical documentation to do so. When I contact my unit they tell me to contact the hospital to get my records. When I call the hospital they tell me to call LHI to get the documentation. When I call LHI they tell me to contact my unit poc who has access to HRR and have them send them to me. Who is supposed to have access to these documents and which buttons can I push to force people into doing their jobs?

The challenge is that PHA records aren’t technically yours, they belong to the army. That’s the reason you don’t walk away with a prescription after your eye exam or get dental work done if you are class 2. I honestly don’t know that anyone will provide these to you. I may be wrong but I’ve had a few soldiers try to get access to something as simple as a glasses prescription and they were told no.

I would first like to thank you all for your responses. My PHA was done in November of 2017. I know the Army does work slow, but it should be uploaded by now. However when I contact my Unit Admin asking about HRR they give me the deer in headlights look.

Your UA is supposed to have HRR access. Your PHA documents are uploaded into HRR, but it takes time for them to be uploaded. When was your PHA?
