Prior service deployment time for army promotion points

I am prior service Navy and was on 3 deployments in support of OIF/OEF. The Navy doesn't issue deployment orders so how can I get my time added for promotion points?

I am also trying to find out if my prior service Navy deployments count as promotion points, if there is anyone out there that could send some guidance on the matter i would greatly appreciate it. I have talked with my S1 and did not get any answers and there is no dates or times on my DD214 for deployments.
