I have been a driver for Advanced disposal for two years now. One of the biggest concerns I hear from my fellow drivers is why rules are made that effect how we drive. I understand rules and regulations from my 14 years experience in the National Guard. But the latest one to come down to us at Advanced is we are not allowed to wear hooded sweatshirts. I understand not wearin the hood while driving but really no hooded sweatshirts? Just wondering everyone else's opinion is.

MSG (Join to see), I assume the company is concerned that you might put the hood up. With hoods forbidden, there's no way you'll put the hood up. On the surface that's what it looks like from here.

Thanks Chief for your response. I guess the big question I was trying to ask was at what point is there to many regulations to the point where you can't perform your job efficiently without worrying about repricution from people who have never performed the job you are.
