Will I get in trouble if I don’t make movement for mobilization/deployment orders?

I just got back in the military on 23 February after a 7 year break. I currently have MOB/deployment orders for the 27th of April but my unit day I can go to the MOB station where my unit is already training. A major from my unit said I can’t go until I get a PHA but I got orders. Will I get in trouble for missing movement or will the unit be responsible? I’m ready to go on my 3rd deployment. Thanks

Get your orders changed or go without it.
If your command knows your issue and you're following their instructions it shouldn't be an issue.

LTC (Join to see) I asked could I go without it and they say I have to have it. I don’t know why they even gave me orders then. So I should be ok to not go then sit?

You should make sure your orders are changed and / or get it done. There's not much to a PHA.

@maj Jason miller I just did the PHA BUT didn’t get any blood work or vision. Is that correct?

You have orders, failure to comply is missing movement/avoiding deployment- major UCMJ action. Kick your unit in the butt- they can't waffle when you have orders in hand- Better yet- call the MOB site, HQ/hospital/MOB office- tell them the problem- they should be able to get you set up on arrival- that's why the MOB site has Post LNO's.
