What does "deferred" mean on a PTSD disability claim?

I put in a claim over a year ago for Increase of PTSD. Finally my claim came through but states it's "deferred". What does this mean?

Usually a claim is deferred when you have multiple contentions and they have decided some, but have not made a determination on the ones that are deferred.

Deferred means it has not been decided.

Anything deferred or 0% means you don't have enough supporting documentation.
