The best time to have dealth with false accusations would have been while you were still in, still had access to JAG legal counsel, and still serving with those who had first-hand knowledge. Did you get a Bad Conduct Discharge? General? After a period of time, some General Discharges can be upgraded.
Our prisons are full of innocent people so getting people to take you seriously now will be difficult. But, as the other posts have said, reach out to your Congressman (Representative or Senator)

If you have evidence continue to write your congressman, and maybe contact TDS or IG. Best I can think of.

PFC Paulette Wilson Guzman-Rosario - I’m curious, what would like a ‘congressional letter’ to say? If you’ve been discharged, I don’t think anything can reverse that and just get you back in, including a letter of support from a Congressman or Senator.

PFC Paulette Wilson Guzman-Rosario - understandable. Without knowing any details of your particular situation, even if your Congressman/Senator wrote a glowing letter on your behalf, it wouldn’t do much. Rather, please see the link attached.
