I can't answer your question. What I will say is do what you think is right for you. I am a 68C in the reserves ( stuck in a 68w slot ) I was looking on a job board a couple of months ago and came across a job for a medical recruiter. They wanted a nurse with a lot of experience in recruitment. My hospital has a postition just like that. So basically think of where you are and what benefits you would get out of it and where you will see your self after. Recruiter duty.
