Took and passed Six Sigma Black Belt; Now S1 tells me I cant use it?

alright so i went to the Six Sigma website, i paid for took and passed the six sigma black belt exam CSSBB. Turned my certification into my S1 and they updated it onto my ERB and it reflect on my PPW. However about a week or so later they took it off and told me i cant use it. So did i not take the right one or am i getting screwed over here i need help but no one seems to know or care. so if yal could give me some advice it would be great.
