I'm currently working on an injury prevention project for grad school and I need a little inspiration. I'm creating evidenced based educational flyers geared towards service members. I figure there's no better place than RP to get the pulse of what SMs want to know. Are there any subjects related to injury prevention/control, to include nutrition, that would like to know more about?

I would be interested in exercise routines for people with knee injuries, and alternative pain management (CBD oil, kratom).

I think people underestimates the benefits of stretching and warm up before exercising. Also stretching after exercise. This prevents a lot of injuries.

I have had knee and back problems. That interests me. I have lost 10%+ of bodyweight which helped, but I am sure there are other things. I am not too proud to admit that Yoga and Pilates helped my back quite a bit. Not too into supplements that might help. Thanks!
