Let the military decide. Many get them extracted the first week in training, if they need to be pulled.
Plus, its free.

I'd wait unless your dentist told you that you need them out now. If you can wait, wait until you're in the military. Then you don't have to pay for anything. I had all four of mine pulled in 2007 between deployments. I think I got a few days of quarters and then a 10 day profile.

It depends on how emergent the issue is or not.
