I need advice from RP to see how I can have emails removed from members whom have been inactivated there accounts.

Currently I been looking to see if I can do this alone and can't find a way to have these emails removed.

Since I've joined there has been 3 members whom have accepted my request and 1 never responded. 2 have been members with on going communications but have either removed themselves from RP deactivated there accounts.


Any assistance will be helpful, since now it makes me wonder if anyone is able to email me.


The image shows an actual account of what I mean.

Laureano,


Have you tried using the little trash can symbol in the lower right of the email message to remove the messages.


If you'd like I can send you a test message to see if you receiving, let me know.

I know what you mean, but I don't see the trash can symbol, The image show is what I see.

I'm holding off on the feedback to see if any one has encountered this problem and see if they may know of a fix. If not then its a glitch in the application that may need to be fixed.

I have quite a few glitches in the past few months and after contacting the RP support staff have had fairly quick responses and resolutions with them, MAJ Weiss has been a big supporter and help with all, try sending him a message with a url link to the messages and maybe the same screen shot and he should be able to help you also.
