Is the MCoE Pathfinder course a prerequisite, an alternate or just correspondence course? If an alternate, do you earn an ASI?

Can anyone tell me about the MCoE Pathfinder course that can be found on ALMS. One of my soldiers recently asked me about it and I had never heard of it prior. Is it a prerequisite, an alternate or just correspondence course? If it's an alternate, upon succesful completion do you earn the pathfinder skill identifier and are you eligible to wear the pathfinder pin.

The one on ALMS is just an online VIDS course. At BEST, it and Jumpmaster one are good for refreshers for those who are already Pathfinder/Jumpmaster qualifies.

You CANNOT earn a torch or SQI off the online courses.
