Is a waiver possible for joining the Army National Guard with an Air Force RE-2x code?

I have been separated from the military since 2013. I am trying to join the Army national guard and know that I need a waiver because of my RE code. I was put on the air force DOS rollback and received an honorable discharge. My article 15 led to me getting put on the rollback. Is a waiver immpossible.

Recruiters would have to sort out the issues. The Army is in need of Personnel both active and reserves. I would say your chances are probably better in the USAR or National Guard, but if you are set on the Air National Guard- more power to you.
