Can I re-enlist into the Air Force with a waiver for an uncharacterized RE-4 discharge?

Can I re enlist into the airforce with a Uncharacterized re4 discharge and get a waiver for it. I got discharged from the coast guard for anxiety and I admitted that I had suicidal thoughts when I was 14 and 16.

Individuals with an Army RE Code of "4" are normally not eligible to reenlist in the Army, nor join another service.
