Maybe, apply and tell the truth. Lying is a felony that has a 180,000 dollar fine, 10 years possible jail time. Tell truth and take consequences.

Depends how bad they need the MOS you want. Talk to a recruiter, they’re the only ones who could give you a real answer.

Depends on the charges. Dont try to hide them, since they will be found. Get it out in the open, if needed you can get waivers most likely.

Just check the recruiter, the biggest thing you should do is get the ASVAB book to study and work out. You can borrow one at your nearest library. Let the recruiting station decide whether you’re a good fit for service or not.

I was told I need a moral waiver and that it was completely doable by my recruiter but I haven't had a follow up from him and he hasn't answered and of my phone calls
