Can I still pursue reclassification if I just came down on assignment orders right before my re-enlistment window opens?

I recently came down on assignment orders and I am currently in the states. Now my issue is my reenlistment window opens up in August and I had intended to reclass to another MOS. Now can I still reclass or do I still have to fulfill those orders? The report date isn't until February. By the time I report I will only have 9 months left till ETS.

Just to add I have already served 5 yrs and 4months.
And I have done 2 contracts already to include my initial in that 2. I am currently on my 3rd contract which ends November 2019
