You can find all the answers to your question on the internet and by asking your leadership.

What's wrong with redirecting Soldiers to seek out the answers themselves. Too many folks come on here and spend more time creating the question then they could have spent just typing the same query into a search engine. I found the answer in 30 seconds

Complete SSD1. It takes about 12 hours overall, but if you complete a module here and there you will have it done and out of the way in no time. One less thing to worry about later. The fact you already have it done will make it look like you are taking the initiative.

I would not worry about the BLC at least until you become and E4. There should be much more to concern yourself with between now and then. Thank you for your service.
