I think I know the answer but I'm just wondering... If I am married and receiving BAH with dependents, but I also have a child from a previous marriage which I pay child support to... am I entitled to BAH w/ dep rate due to being married and also BAQ diff based on child support payments?

No, in all my years I have seen it once or twice only for it to be later taken back. If approved locally be double sure you are receiving it IAW POLICY. Thank you for your service.

No. The maximum allowance a SM can receive is the w/d BAH rate.

NO. You get 1 allowance- regardless of circumstances/choices.
