What is the best way to become an Air Force Pilot after enlisting as a Loadmaster?

Currently I’m working as a C-17 Loadmaster but I aspire to become a pilot (preferably on cargo/bomber planes). Any tips towards achieving this goal other than getting my bachelors and private pilot license?

You probably aren't going to get any better advice than you already know. Understand however, that you will have to accept a commission, which may mean the cancellation of an enlistment, unless you complete the full enlistment or I or to a commissioned appointment. This will be important if you received an enlistment or re-enlistment bonus which may have to be paid back. I had a lieutenant with this issue.
