I won custody of my son a few years back and during the trial I submitted a FCP to the court. When it came time for it to actually be relevant, the judge pushed it to the side and allowed my ex to keep my son (3 states away from his provider) until I returned from deployment. Have any of you ever experienced or had someone you know go through that type of issue?<br>

No. I know little about the FCP and such issues. However, I've heard many times that the mother is usually more inclined to keep a child, and I believe that has something to do with the way possessions are split during divorce. I hope my post gets you more attention from RallyPoint members that can offer better assistance and information based on experience.
