I've been in for about a year. I got a rash while I was at boot camp, over the past year they've kept giving me anti fungals despite it actually being fungus. I went to a civilian doctor and it turned out to be a type of eczema. Apparently it isn't a DQ factor for my aviation job even though I have a flight physical. The medication I was prescribed by the civ doc apparently is too strong to use and requires a waiver according to a flight surgeon, which would take up to 5 months and may be denied. They keep trying all these different types of medications, I'm getting tired of using stuff that won't help, my feet bleed/burn constantly, medical won't give me light duty or nothing.
How would I apply for a med board/separation. I'm starting to get really frustrated since It seems to not be curable. I believe it's a reaction to something in my boots, not sure what though.

LCpl (Join to see) Have you tried changing your socks, or trying a different kind of sock? If you think it is the boots, have you asked medical to try wearing tennis shoes for a while to see if that helps? Do you want to get out of the Marine Corps?

Currently on tennis shoe profile. I've tried to every type of sock sold in the MCX and all the authorized boots.... no luck

You Don't! The Commander can request an evaluation, the MD can advise for a MEDB, but you can't. I suggest you have the civilian MD write up your case findings, and then with that and all your Med records, ask for an appt with a mil dermatologist.

I did this already. I went to a civilian doc bc my feet keep bleeding. Apparently after the biopsy I'll find out. Should take about 1-2 months

If the Corps is anything like th Army, you don’t apply for a med board. Your doctor recommends one.
Additionally, if you think the issue is a reaction to your boots, at least first try changing your socks and boots before just throwing your hands up and trying to get out of the service.
Keep getting it documented, so whenever you do get out (either through MEB or ETS), the VA will have plenty of information on your condition.

LCpl (Join to see) - respectfully, there are no less than 10 pair of authorized boots. Total cost for all of them would be about $2000. But assuming you bought all 10 pair, could you you really have given any one pair enough time for your feet to get acclimated and settled?

I should've stated it better. I tried hot weather boots from Danners, Bates and that other company I forget the name. Not every specific type, just the different brands.
I've been using the danners which irritate them the least. In my option though shoes make it less of an issue unless they get sweaty or if I'm showering bc they're wet.
My feet have acclimated to each different one I believe. When I went on leave my feet actually got better bc I wasn't in boots. I try to not wear them whenever I get a chance
