I got hurt during BCT and I was not told that I needed an LOD till the day I was going to sign the Release form. What can I do to be able to go home? I have been here long enough.

Not enough information - Why was the Line of Duty investigation started?
Give us a SALT (Friendly Element SALUTE) Report.

They only asked if anyone got hurt during training, I raised my hand and told them that while I was at BCT I had a Grade 2 stress fracture on my right groin and asked me if I had an LOD but I didn't know what to answer because I didn't know what it was. Then after that they just told me to wait while they verified if I needed it. That was it. Never told me the reason I had to stay on base.

PV2 (Join to see) - Sounds like you should be good to go, but a LOD is much easier to do (Senior NCOs did those for non-critical injuries in my day) if all parties are still on the same duty station..

Your Chain-of-Command is the best to ask about anything medical and if You were told to wait, just wait patiently.
