Was this a unit course (Div) or RASP. If unit- you can ask to go back quicker. If RASP then you will have to convince you CoC to invest that money in you again (Tough to do)

Depends why you were dropped. If you want to give us more information about that, you will probably get better answers. What kind of unit are you in? How plentiful are Pre-Ranger and Ranger school slots? And also, just for my own curiosity, how did you get a slot as a PV2?
