Once I pass 15W AIT, what does the career path look like?

I would definitely progress as fast as you can and go through AC training as well. And hound your leadership about going to IO school.

AC= Aircraft Commander. Once you're all trained up and ready to fly (RL1), then you'll be encouraged to work your way to becoming an AC so that you can fly with solo, or with someone else who isn't an AC. There must always be at least AC present (in the box) for each flight.

What does your GT score look like? Any college? Military Training or deployments?
I've seen many 15W's with little to no experience end up as Warrant Officers, it all depends how you look on paper. Also depends on those fancy letters of recommendation, and whether or not you can earn yourself a couple. All in all, the majority of Operators who apply get accepted, sooner or later.
