How do I account for schools that do not get placed on my ERB? I have been to a lot of IT related schools that are not ATTRS slotted.

The last item on the WOCS checklist is for "Remaining hard copy documents from OMPF not included on your ERB (awards, certificates)". I believe they could go there if the schools are related to your desired MOS.

Thank you SPC Ream, I am going to supplement all of these courses as part of my packet and will add them to my resume.

We used to note some certifications and schools that didn't register but had professional value in the NCOER bullets to ensure they were captured and would at some point be viewed; The area of "Competence" for instance if an NCO received a field test technician cert for concrete or Public works inspector certs or some similar significant civilian certification. Others fit well under "Training" which is where your classes sound like they could be mentioned.

Thank you for the response, and the some of the classes in question are listed in my NCOER's but are generalized to fit a number of different classes in one bullet. Some of these are too late in the game to fix as some were completed before I was an NCO, or it cannot be interpreted as that class on a signed NCOER.

Shouldn't those certificates at a minimum go into your Iperms? At least they would be viewable for the board.

Agreed. Turn in whatever you can to S-1. Let them decide what can and cannot be added to your records.

Right now I am being told by my S1 that the schools in question cannot be placed in my IPERMS either. This is because they do not have a course code and are not listed in ATTRS. I would also have to remove certain schools currently in my IPERMS since my previous S1 did not follow this.

At this point I need to start looking back into my records and remove any unnecessary documents.
