Legacy units - how can RP track the old and align with the new?

The challenge with RallyPoint units. They have the new, but not the old. MWSG-27 and now even I dont remember the name of the Motor Pool units from the 1980s. /grin

Eddie, it is definitely a challenge!
Right now we manage the process of unit additions/changes internally through member feedback, but eventually we will open up the unit management to our Member Admins as well as so we can crowdsource this information faster.
Capturing and listing every military unit that has ever existed, given de-activations, re-flagging, and moves, is a huge undertaking... so this is very much a long term project, but we are definitely getting there.
In the meanwhile, you can submit units to be added using the format outlined here:
