How can I correct a problem with AKO and my PEBD/birth date?

i’m trying to create an AKO account, but when i input my PEBD, it says that it’s incorrect. what am i doing wrong? i’m using the format they gave me for both birth date and my PEBD (M/d/yyyy). what gives?

It may be in the system wrong.

But then again I made my AKO account in 2001 so I'm sure a lot has changed.

PEBD can be corrected through your Career Counselor, birthdate should be able to be corrected through your S1, as for AKO, I’m not sure
