Which phases are you referring to and for which class type (normal BOLC, reserves or ‘doctors’). Typically the BOLC B and AOC Track happens without delay between them. There may be delay between BOLC A & B

LTJG (Join to see), there could be. Usually it is built to accommodate travel and processing in either end. A week is common. I will get more info later. When are you going?

For reserve, unless you are a 70 series, the first phase is on line...then phase 2 is scheduled at your convenience. BOLC must be completed within 3 years of commissioning.
