LTC (Join to see) - I forgot the DoD budget was already approved but I too am worried about the promotion moving at the speed of snails again with Sec Def Mattis leaving office in less than a week. We shall see.

12-18 just made it to Awaiting Dir Ch of Staff Pers approval, so I'm thinking the scrolls behind mine should begin to also move.
