What are the chances nowadays to reenlist in the Navy with an RE-3F code?

Got out over a year ago for being failing to meet physical fitness standards. Am now in the best shape of my life. What are the chances, realistically, of reenlisting now?

Lots of helpful, good advice on RP. None of it will be as good as marching yourself down to a recruiter and asking.
