So your official discharge date is the 17th, but you are leaving on the 9th.
Are you going on leave for this event or AWOL/Deserting?

That's what I'm.trying to ask? I have everything done. Gear turn in went to legal cleared went to all briefing and finance and medical cleared, and I have a job offer with letter stating if dont start by 12th I will not get the job ans I have a lawyer meeting on 11th. So if I turn the documents in ans leave on 9th what will happen

Explain to your new employer that you will have to delay for military reasons.

Even though you're getting out, you're still a Soldier until you aren't one. You can't just blow off the Army because you have other stuff going on. Especially when it comes to someone as important as clearing out for good.

Check with your Platoon Sgt. See if he can get it expedited.
