Same same as MPC in Korea? MPC was cool, cigarettes worked for a discount on some purchases on the Korean economy in 1954/55.

To my knowledge Pogs are only redeemable at AAFES locations worldwide. The bazaar is not an AAFES affiliate. It's either cash or eagle cash card.

I don't believe vendors can accept the pogs/cardboard money. These are marked AAFES- but I would check with them to see if they accept them. They are only IOUs for overseas personnel since AAFES doesn't carry a lot of change in austere locations.
