Any experience with In Theater Extensions and BAH?

I've decided to do an In Theater Extension, and the process has raised some flags to me. I should be receiving CO-ADOS orders, but it's also noted as a PCS rather than a TCS and I'm concerned that for the period under those orders I won't be eligible for BAH. I have no dependents back home, just a mortgage...
